Cabot Circus Haul

Last weekend me and my mum went to Cabot Circus in Bristol for a nice shopping trip and obviously on the way home we had to make a pit stop at Ikea. I love going shopping in Cabot Circus, as it is so easy to get  around and there's a lot more choice than there is in Plymouth.

So below are some things I purchased and I will try and link everything I can...

I brought this bag as I thought it would be great for when I go Reading Festival, but also for cramming all my stuff in when I go to the beach.
Nars Laguna Bronzer & Primark P.S. Love lip liners

I recently ran out of my faithful Nars Laguna Bronzer so I knew I had to pick one up in Space NK. It's my favourite bronzer to use for contouring or just warming up the face and giving myself a bit of colour. The lip liners are something I've never tried before, but so far I love them and haven't noticed any faults to point out. I will be doing a post in a few weeks on my favourite nude lip combo which you can achieve with this lip liner and another lipstick for just £3, so make sure you keep your eyes peeled!

These sandals are so comfy, it's no joke. I wish I'd picked them up in the black as well for work.

Okay so these sunglasses have to be my most exciting buy. I have been wanting a pair of Quay sunglasses for ages now, ever since Shay Mitchell bombarded my Instagram timeline with hot pictures of her wearing them, but I couldn't justify the cost, as I'm always loosing them or sitting on them. When wondering around the kids section of Primark I found these sunglasses which are a dupe for the Quay Australia Steelcat sunglasses for just £2! I had to have them even though they were kids glasses, but they actually fit me really well.
Urban Outfitters

I love this top on, it is so beautiful, It kind of reminds me of something that Vanessa Hudgens / Kendall Jenner would wear to Coachella.

This vest top is really good quality and a perfect everyday piece. I love the drop arm holes so you can see the side of a lacy bralette.
Urban Outfitters

These bralettes came as a two-pack from H&M and they were really inexpensive. I love wearing them as they are super comfy and look cute under cut out tops or drop arm sleeves. Much better than the usual bra strap!

Although this top is really simple, the bell sleeves and tied up back really add something special to it.

 Urban Outfitters

I will be doing a Look Book next Sunday with all the clothes from this haul, so you can see how they look on and how I would style it.

I love being nosey and seeing what other people buy. Leave me a comment below letting me know your favourite item or leave me a link to your recent haul.

Hope you had a good weekend.

Afternoon Tea at Boringdon Hall

For Mum's birthday we organised Afternoon Tea at Boringdon Hall for just the girls in the family.
Boringdon Hall is such a beautiful Elizabethan Manor House crammed with history just outside of Plymouth. It has kept some of the historical architecture but also modernised certain aspects as well which I love.

Every month Boringdon do a special themed Afternoon Tea as well as the classic. We all decided to go for this months theme, which was 1950's American.

As part of the Afternoon Tea we got two different types of sandwiches, a cream tea, a selection of desserts and then unlimited hot drinks for just £19pp, which I think is very good due to the amount we received and the quality of it.

Here's the menu so you can see exactly what we had...

I think my niece, Rosey, preferred her bib more though!

I would definitely recommend Boringdon Hall to anyone for a nice special treat out. The food was lovely and the building itself is just so stunning and interesting to look at.

Hope you all had a good weekend.

OOTD: Gypsy Floral

Today was a lovely sunny day in Cornwall, and I took full advantage by whipping my legs out and flashing some shoulder.

The off the shoulder floral top is from Primark, it is so comfy and floaty to wear which is perfect when it gets warmer. My shorts are a pair of old Levi cut offs which I brought from Glastonbury Festival last year for next to nothing. You can find similar pairs all over the internet, but a good place to check is ASOS Marketplace, Urban Outfitters and eBay. The sandal booties are again from Primark and my tassel bag and sun glasses are both recent purchases from New Look which I absolutely love. The tassels on the bag instantly add a festival feel and who doesn't love cat eye glasses let alone with mirrored lenses?!

Hope you've all had a good weekend.
