Afternoon Tea at Boringdon Hall

For Mum's birthday we organised Afternoon Tea at Boringdon Hall for just the girls in the family.
Boringdon Hall is such a beautiful Elizabethan Manor House crammed with history just outside of Plymouth. It has kept some of the historical architecture but also modernised certain aspects as well which I love.

Every month Boringdon do a special themed Afternoon Tea as well as the classic. We all decided to go for this months theme, which was 1950's American.

As part of the Afternoon Tea we got two different types of sandwiches, a cream tea, a selection of desserts and then unlimited hot drinks for just £19pp, which I think is very good due to the amount we received and the quality of it.

Here's the menu so you can see exactly what we had...

I think my niece, Rosey, preferred her bib more though!

I would definitely recommend Boringdon Hall to anyone for a nice special treat out. The food was lovely and the building itself is just so stunning and interesting to look at.

Hope you all had a good weekend.
